Holidays
While the hype of the holidays is geared towards children and fun, there can also be a lot of pain.The Tobin's are probably not celebrating much with Jack's friend dead and him charged with dangerous driving causing the death.
A number of friends have loved ones who recently died. Celebrating this year will come with pain for them.
Frances was diagnosed with ALS about a year and a half ago and can't do very much now. She's my age but all she can do is watch the children and the tree as her arms and legs don't work well anymore. This may be her last Christmas.
To the many people hurting and in pain this Christmas season, I pray that Christ will be close to you and help lighten your load, if even just a little.
